Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved and trained pets on our premises. Please find our rules below. 

Coco the Cocker Spaniel
  • Pets must comply with local legislation requirements. Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest in communal areas. Pet must be kept on a lead when in the hotel or on hotel property unless in the guest’s room.

  • Guest to confirm number and breed of pets upon booking, limitations may apply. Please note, not all all bedrooms are pet friendly and are subject to availability. For a comfortable stay for you and your pet, a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room. Guests can bring pets into their hotel room via the front entrance only. 

  • Verification that vaccinations are complete and up to date is required.

  • Pets left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the hotel premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.

  • Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.

  • Pet must be always on a controlled lead when not inside of the guest room.

  • No animals should be on the beds, or other furniture. Linen cleaning will be charged separately if required.

  • Pets must not be walked through the lobby of the hotel; they are also not allowed in the main restaurant.

  • Pet must only be walked on the designated pet area(s) of the hotel grounds.

  • The guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside bin or as otherwise designated.

  • Pets may be left unattended in your room for a short time if the owner is still onsite.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighbourhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.

  • Guests are responsible for all property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages.

  • We have in-room amenities including a pet bed, blanket, and water bowl for you to use during your stay. Please leave them behind for the next guest. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any replacement fee. Please ensure that the pet is on a flea program.

  • Pet Stay terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

  • A non-refundable pet fee of the full stay (£35.00 per night) is charged to the guest at the time of arrival.

  • A valid credit or debit card number must remain on file at the front desk once checked in.

  • Housekeeping and Maintenance Service: I agree to make my suite available for housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and will arrange to have my pet out of the suite to accommodate this service, if needed.

  • Pet-Friendly Areas - Pets are allowed only in the following areas: Guest Room, Main Lobby, Outside, and the Bar. Pets are not allowed in the main restaurant. Please dispose of pet waste in the receptacle provided.

  • Pet Control / Containment in Public Areas Pets must be leashed, caged, or firmly held when they are in all common areas of the hotel.

  • Pet must weigh less than 20kg or be a medium to large dog (Labrador size).

  • Soiled rooms or other indoor areas will be cleaned professionally at the guest’s expense.

  • Pets that can not be controlled or that bark excessively, disturbing other guests will be asked to leave, and the room duration will be charged as normal.
