Allergy Information
We are an independently owned and operated business, our menu is intentionally limited in its content but inclusive in its approach, while we do try our best to accommodate allergies and intolerances we do not cater for preferences, we strive to keep changes minimal to preserve the original dish’s integrity and to maximise the dining experience. While accommodating common dietary needs such as vegetarian and pescatarian diets as standard, with notice we can also cater to vegans, please provide a minimum of 48h of advance notice.
It is worth mentioning that certain allergies - such as garlic, onion (all alliums), vinegars, sugar, cooked alcohol, and citrus - may limit our ability to adjust dishes without compromising quality. While we can sometimes remove these ingredients, replacements are not made.
For specific or uncommon intolerances, please reach out to us before making a booking to ensure we can meet your needs. We stock only the ingredients for our current menu, so advance communication is essential.
Finally, while we handle all 14 allergens as standard, we cannot guarantee or legally advertise a completely “Free From” environment.
