Where has the summer gone? August was another busy one here at Coorie Inn - this year is
just whizzing past, isn’t it? First up we have to say a big thank you to all of our lovely guests who keep coming back and to those of you who kindly took the time to share fantastic reviews on Trip Advisor. We’re now into September and have so much to share with you. We have lots of lovely stuff coming up, so get those diaries out and start planning your next visit.
Here’s all our news…
A perfect match
Huge congratulations must go to our Head Chef Liam who tied the knot last month. It was
such a perfect day and love was definitely in the air. We wish him and his new spouse all
the happiness in the world.

Our Tasting Menu Night is back on October 25th
We had such great feedback from the last one, we decided to do it all again!
Our 7-course Tasting Menu is priced at £125.00 per person, with an optional wine pairing for
£75.00. There’s going to be live music too - don’t miss it. Tables are filling up fast, so secure your spot soon!

Birds & Bees
Though grouse numbers are limited this year, we've sustainably sourced some for a special,
limited-time offering. We're excited to bring this seasonal delicacy to your plate while it's
available over the next few weeks.
Plus…we've harvested five supers of honey from our hives and will soon be a star ingredient
in our kitchen. We’re planning a delightful honey cake dessert for our regular menu, as well
as at our October Tasting Menu Night and Hogmanay celebrations. Life is sweet.
New Dinner Menu & Cocktails
Get ready for some exciting new additions to our dinner menu going live this month! We're
keeping the dishes a secret for now, but we know you’re going to love them.
Keep an eye out for them landing here on our website - or just wait until you come for dinner
and enjoy the surprise.
‘Twas the night before Christmas…
Fancy sharing the magic of Christmas Eve with us? Bookings are coming thick and fast and
the special menu will soon be live on our website. We are also taking room reservations for
Christmas Eve, so if you're looking for a festive overnight stay, please enquire now before
we fill up. And yes, Santa knows Coorie Inn’s address!
And finally…
After two years at Coorie Inn, our Kitchen Porter and general superstar, James, is leaving us
to head to university in the big smoke. We wish him all the very best with his studies in
London – he'll be greatly missed. Haste ye back, James!
And a warm welcome back to all of you as well - call us today to book in for the Tasting
Menu Night and please be quick if you are thinking about joining us at Christmas.
