As we say goodbye to summer, we’re embracing the chillier season with our beautiful autumn fireplace in situ. It’s so inviting! Dining by the fireside - the perfect way to enjoy a delicious meal and warm up after a long day. The calendar plays a big part in influencing our creative process and the menu is often planned to reflect the changing seasons. The selection of the freshest ingredients is dictated by the time of year, and as the weather gets cooler, our palates change, often craving richer, heavier foods. Honestly, we don’t just make it up! With each new season brings new dishes and game lovers are going to love what we have in store. Wild mallard will be making an appearance very soon – a treat not to be missed. If it’s something you’ve not tried before, give it a go. We’ve got delicious accompaniments planned to show off this seasonal treat on our autumn menu.

For our wine connoisseurs, we've added a couple of new bottles to our list, some by the bottle and others by the glass through our Coravin dispenser. We're always looking for interesting additions to complement our dishes, and we think you’ll enjoy these new ones. Jonny is always on hand to tell you a bit more about your wine pairing choices. Speaking of trying new things…




Our October Tasting Menu Night is just around the corner (October25th) and we only have a few spaces left! If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience, don't delay in booking your spot.




Twas the night before Christmas… And for those planning a magical start to the holiday, our Christmas Eve menus are also live, and bookings are now open. Christmas Eve is always such a special night here at Coorie Inn - everyone is just in a nice festive mood and you know we like to decorate the place accordingly! We love a bit of a sparkle. Our Hogmanay dinner tasting menu is now live online - have you had a wee peek yet? You can also book your bedrooms directly with us for a two-night stay on the 30th and 31st of December. We've got some top entertainment lined up, and, of course, we'll have a piper at ‘the bells’ to welcome 2026 in true Scottish style. Come and celebrate with us but don’t wait too long to book!
