July has been quite the month! We've introduced new menus and wines, done a bit of property shopping, celebrated with the groom-to-be on a night out, and enjoyed some much-needed rest. Our recent holiday closure was thoroughly enjoyed by the team, giving everyone a chance to recharge the batteries. Head chef Liam certainly made the most of it with his fantastic stag do! At least his fiancée is still talking to us, and we're looking forward to wedding bells for the happy couple next month.

We’re introducing some beautiful new dishes to the menu this month and we know you’re going to love them. Plus, we're super excited to tell you about the newest arrival in our kitchen: a Konro Japanese BBQ! Liam and Clio are really fired up about it.
Jonny has also been busy revamping our wine list, adding a few mouth-watering additions that will perfectly complement the menu. There’s something for every palate and we’ve chosen some crackers so you don’t make pour decisions!
Big news!
We've officially bought the Coach House next door. Watch this space for very exciting developments – we have some fantastic expansion plans in the pipeline. It’s all go!
In the meantime, you might have noticed some wee changes around Coorie Inn. We've installed beautiful new curtains and blinds in the bar, and a new blind in the restaurant, adding a fresh new look. We just love making the place look fabulous.
Speaking of fabulous, here’s a night you won’t want to miss.
August Gala Dinner
Our Gala Dinner is taking place on August 9th and there aren’t many tables left. If you're fast, you could bag one of the last few. Get that date in your diary - it’s going to be a fantastic evening. Great food, great company and great fun.
And the scarecrow champion is…
And finally…as you know we love a bit of local fun here and we're delighted to share that the Coorie Inn scarecrow won the Muthill annual scarecrow competition. Our entry was a bit different - ours was a beekeeper. Of course, it was! Have you seen him?
Anyway, he’s the reigning champion and he brought a bit of a buzz to the place. A huge thank you to Susan Crawford, head of Muthill in Bloom, for organizing such a wonderful event. We're proud to be part of such a vibrant community.
We’re recharged and ready for great times ahead. Come and see us soon!
